DEVELOPMENTAL EDIT ASSIGNMENT This assignment allowed us to select a topic of our choice. I learned how to edit existing material and make it cohesive and engaging. I am fond of archaeology and curious about the Terracotta Army. This assignment indulged both of these fascinations. I gathered the required 4,000–5,000 words of text on the topic from eight separate Wikipedia articles and collected copyright-free images. I copyedited the articles according to the Chicago style. I selected images from Wikimedia Commons, Pixabay, and Flickr. Document layout created in InDesign.
Special thanks to Gary Lee Todd, PhD., Professor of History, Sias International University, Xinzheng, Henan, China for permission to use some of his images in this project.
