RECOMMEND A VOICE & TONE CONTENT GUIDE This assignment concerns a business owner who recognizes the voice across their technical content is not consistent. I learned how to compare and recommend content guides.

 

I selected two voice and tone guides from a list of sixteen industry exemplars, Intuit and Salesforce. I analyzed the guides with the client’s content needs in mind. My recommendation guide supports the findings of my analysis.
